Job Description
- Lead generation thorough different sources on the phone.
- Handling day to day operational activity
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Familiarity with MS Office, MS Excel
- Inbound and Outbound calls to customers.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Should have experience in following up with customers.
- FRESHER OR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
- Good English & Hindi communication skills are MANDATORY
- pleasing personality
- Attending customer calls, answering queries and resolving issues
- Coordination & Support to client and sales team for all issues
- Daily MIS preparation and reporting to Operations Head
Qualifications
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Salary: 7 – 15 thousand per month
