VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for
JAVA Project Manager for one of our clients which is a leading Organizations in
Mumbai with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skillset required:
- Must have work experience in projects involving
- Business applications (Sales, Production planning, Procurement, HR etc.)
- development for customers from Manufacturing domain
- Should have excellent understanding of Spring, Java, SQL and Database concepts.
- Project Management experience in Onsite / Offshore Model
- Fluent in Japanese (N2 Level) and English language. Must be fluent is Japanese (Oral and Written),
- Ability to engage with customer in Japanese.
Desired Skills
- Should have excellent understanding and Hands-on on Spring, Java, and Database concepts.
- Experience of developing Business Applications in Manufacturing Domain
- Fluent in Japanese communication (Minimum JLPT N2 level is essential)
- Minimum 3-4 years of Japan onsite experience is essential
- Should be familiar with Development and Support Project Life cycle
- Good Understanding on Project Management and Quality Management Techniques.
- Should be well versed with ISO and CMMI level process.
- Essential to have good exposure and hands on in managing projects
- with KPIs like Team Utilization, Project Profitability,etc
- Experience of executing projects in Onsite –Offshore model
- High Customer Orientation, Good written and Oral communication skills
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management
- High level of Customer Orientation
Job Description:
- Be the one point contact for the project/account.
- Identify customer needs that can be served by Company service offerings.
- Discuss with customer and users to obtain various requirements for internal applications.
- Create winning proposals and solutions with the support of project delivery organizations.
- Work with the relevant Project team at offshore to provide timely End to End support for projects
- Manage resources, ensuring the right level and quality of resource is assigned,
- that peak and trough loading is managed and that priority conflicts with other projects are
- successfully resolved.
Experience Required : 10-15 Years
Work Location: Yokohama, Japan
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
