Regional Sales Managers for Bangalore, Chennai and Kerala with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Required Skill
- 7- 12 years experience in medical diagnostic sales.
- Graduation or post graduation in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or life Science. (Candidate with Diagnostic sales experience, having different qualification background can also apply)
- At least three years of successfully managing a team of salespersons. An understanding of the medical diagnostic market in your Region.
- Experience and knowledge of immunodiagnostics are an added advantage
- Excellent Communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer Relationship building and negotiations skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Area Business Executive/Area Manager, for Business and customer success.
- Coaching sales team to be more effective and independent sales persons. Ensuring sales goals of each HQ are achieved.
- Managing independently customer accounts or HQ. Developing and managing channel partners.
- Closing instrument deals.
- Providing timely service back up to customers.
- This job requires extensive travel
