general expectations
•   male web designers between 1 to 3 years of experience
•   excellent communication skills (english & tamil)
•   creative enthusiastic with good positive attitude
•   should have experience in interacting with walk-in clients
•   willing to work in a smaller team and report to the project manager
•   well-disciplined and take responsibility for the projects he handles
•   ability to complete projects within deadline
•   willing to work 6 days a week

 

work experience
•  should have worked on website designs for various industries
•  able to understand the website questionnaire & deliver the creative web designs
•  work experience in html conversion using css/javascript/ajax & html 5
•  should have designed at least 10 to 15 websites independently for various industries
•  minimum 1 year work experience on mobile responsive design
•  good experience in parallax web design & development
•  should have capability to integrate magento ecommerce themes, word press themes
•  knowledge in wordpress – added advantage
•   logo and brochure design experience - advantage


skillset
•  adobe photoshop, dream weaver & coreldraw
•  javascript, jquery and ajax,
•  css, & html 5
•  magento theme integration
•  php programming / coding (optional)
•  coreldraw (optional)


education
•  any degree
•  diploma or certification in web designing software is a must
•  degree in fine arts or creative field - advantage
•  certification on graphic designing software - advantage
